Adjust the height of both shoulders and correct rounded shoulders

Myofascial release injections will be performed on multiple sites in both shoulders.
Basic fee (30 minutes)
30分枠の基本料金です。
30分 17000円
（筋膜リリース部位による値段追加はありません。ステロイド注射などは追加料金が発生します）
筋膜リリース注射を試してみたい方、再診で手早く治療してもらい方向けです。1時間枠と比べ個人に合わせた細かい調節や複数部位の注射は難しいプランです。
2023年6月〜2024年6月以前に来られた方の患者様の料金について
お値段は最低でも1年は変更いたしません。

2023年5月以前に来院された患者様の料金について。
１時間枠10000円から15000円に変更させていただきます。
今まで通り、時間枠のみのお値段とさせていただきます。
Basic charge
First visit: 15,000 yen

From the second time onwards:
Re-examination within 30 days: 10,000 yen
Follow-up visit after the 31st: 15,000 yen

Myofascial release injection
1 area: 10,000 yen
① Neck ② Around the shoulder blade ③ Around the elbow joint ④ Lower thoracic vertebrae to lumbar vertebrae ⑤ Around the hip joint ⑥ Around the knee joint
⑦Lower legs to feet
The left and right sides will be calculated separately.
Example: Injection around the left and right shoulder blades → 20,000 yen
Myofascial release injection
1 area: 10,000 yen
Lower back pain: Basic fee + 2-4 locations (lower back + hip joint) myofascial release injections
(First visit)
One side only 15,000-25,000 yen Both sides 25,000-45,000 yen
Most cases improve with basic treatment, but depending on the individual the cause may be in a different area than typical cases, in which case we will suggest further injections in different areas.
Shoulder height correction/rounded shoulder correction
1 treatment (both shoulders): 50,000 yen per session
Monitor price for one treatment (both shoulders): 20,000 yen per treatment
We will take before and after photos and post them on social media in exchange for a discounted price.
Adjustment within 30 days of treatment: 10,000 yen per adjustment
Other prices
Steroid injections (e.g. joint injections, tendon sheath injections, etc.) 3,000 yen per injection
Hyaluronic acid injection (e.g. joint injection): 3,000 yen per site
Taping fixation: 3,000 yen per location
