Treatment for frozen shoulder
Here we will explain the treatment recommendations for shoulder periarthritis (frozen shoulder). In most cases where the condition does not improve easily, rehabilitation and injections are performed without an accurate diagnosis, and the condition continues for a long period of time, creating a negative spiral that makes treatment even more difficult.
Correction of scapular range of motion, removal of adhesions around the shoulder joint: 18,000 yen
If the pelvis or spine restricts shoulder joint movement, total body adjustment: 55,000
Outpatient visits: Although some improvement can be seen with just one visit, treatment at our clinic usually takes an average of two months. Follow-up visits are once a week or once every two weeks. If the condition is stable, follow-up visits are once a month.
Follow-up (myofascial release injection + rehabilitation such as stretching):
20,000 yen/session
① Medical interview: We will ask you about your chronic illnesses and history.

② Photo recording: The posture of the entire body is photographed using a fixed camera.
( The case involved a patient who had not shown any improvement for one year .)
3) Examination: You will lie on your back on the bed and we will check in detail how your body balance is affected and whether there is any restriction in your joint range of motion.
We check the entire body for any fascial joints that may be restricting the range of motion of the shoulder joint, and before treating the shoulder joint, we will correct the condition with fascial release injections and stretching.

It accurately identifies which muscles and tendons are inflamed, contracted, or adhered.
④Treatment:
First, a fascia release injection is used to remove as much adhesion as possible that is disrupting the body's balance, and if necessary, a steroid injection is administered at the inflamed area. After that, stretches are performed that only target the muscles that are currently causing the greatest restriction in joint range of motion (as stretching through other joints may damage those joints).
