About online medical consultations

Our hospital provides online (remote) medical consultations using information and communication devices (Zoom Pro).

Online medical consultations may have limitations on examinations and tests compared to face-to-face consultations.
Depending on your symptoms, we may not be able to provide adequate treatment or may ask you to come in for an in-person consultation.

Our online consultations are primarily for patients whose symptoms are stable.
For first-time patients, online consultations may not be suitable depending on the symptoms.

If symptoms suddenly worsen, you experience severe pain, or you lose consciousness, etc., please seek emergency medical help immediately.

Personal information handled during online medical consultations will be managed appropriately in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
We use a system that incorporates security measures such as encryption for communications.

Medical fees must be paid by credit card (Stripe).

If your consultation is interrupted due to poor communication conditions, we will reconnect or provide separate instructions.

At the doctor's discretion, you may be asked to come in for a face-to-face consultation.

We have started offering remote medical care in response to requests from people who live far away and find it difficult to visit our clinic.

With telemedicine, even from a distance, we can provide a medical interview and examination, and although there are limitations due to distance, we will ask you to follow instructions on your balance, posture, and movements, and then explain what kind of illness may be present. It can also be used as a second opinion for those who have previously visited our clinic but are unable to travel due to distance, or for those who are receiving treatment locally but are not seeing improvement. Although the fee is higher, if you wish, we will take the time to carefully explain stretching and rehabilitation methods, and we will also assess whether the stretches have improved your body by observing your posture and movements, striving to provide better treatment.
