01

Stiff shoulder

Stiff shoulders are not just a pain in the neck; various symptoms appear, including headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, and a feeling of tightness in the throat. Many patients with severe stiff shoulders come to our clinic. Because the causes vary slightly from person to person, we must come up with a customized treatment method, but in many cases, symptoms are alleviated by returning the shoulder blades to their normal position. By administering a myofascial release injection to the appropriate location, the movement and position of the shoulder blades can be improved.

02

Pain around the hip joint, pain in the buttocks

Many people suffer from pain around the hip joint or in the buttocks. Generally, it is assumed that this is due to a herniated disc, sciatica, or an internal problem in the hip joint, but there are other causes as well. Possible causes include problems with the position of the pelvis and problems with the range of motion of the hip joint. At our clinic, we treat the area around the hip joint by administering myofascial release injections in the appropriate locations to reduce the strain on the area.

03

Refractory frozen shoulder

More and more people are coming to our clinic for treatment, with no improvement in shoulder joint range of motion even after 6 months to a year of rehabilitation. In the case of intractable shoulder periarthritis, joint injections and rehabilitation often do not improve the condition. It is necessary to accurately diagnose which part is wrong and combine myofascial release, steroid injections, and rehabilitation to improve the condition. It is not a special condition, and the cause is often overlooked, so once the cause is identified, the range of motion will definitely increase.

04

Improved sports and exercise performance

At our clinic, we have patients who want to improve their performance in sports but are having difficulty doing so and come to us for advice. With regards to range of motion and spinal flexibility, there are cases where the patient originally had strong fascial adhesions, or where an injury during exercise (such as a pulled muscle) has caused strong adhesions in the surrounding area, limiting the range of motion. At our clinic, we improve range of motion and muscle flexibility by administering fascial release injections to the appropriate areas.

Shoulder pain when bench pressing

Muscle training has become popular recently, but it often involves handling heavy weights, which increases the risk of injury compared to low-stress sports. The area around the shoulder joint in particular is designed to allow complex movements, so it is highly flexible , but on the flip side, it lacks stability. Therefore, if one part of the joint is not moving well, it will have a negative impact on other parts, leading to pain, injury, and impaired performance.

Recently, many people have reported feeling discomfort when doing exercises such as bench press and dumbbell fly. We perform myofascial release in the appropriate area and normalize the range of motion to prevent such troubles.

06

Stiffness above the collarbone (front of neck)

Some people with stiff shoulders complain of stiffness above the collarbone and in the front of the neck. We also treat this type of stiffness at our clinic. This stiffness is closely related to the movement of the shoulder blade, and symptoms can be alleviated by giving a myofascial release injection to the appropriate location.

Intractable lower back pain

Our clinic is often visited by patients with intractable lower back pain. The lower back is the center of the body, so pain can occur due to a variety of factors. In order to treat the condition, it is most important to accurately diagnose the cause. Rather than being directly caused by the area of the lower back pain, the cause may be in another area, which in turn causes lower back pain. There are a wide range of causes, including scapula, hip joint, adhesions after injury, fractures, herniated discs, and kidney diseases. First, we rule out diseases such as internal medicine and hernias, and then we treat the patient by improving adhesions and adjusting the position of the skeleton, including the scapula, hip joint, and back muscles.

08

Shoulder height correction, rounded shoulder correction

At our clinic, shoulder height and rounded shoulders are improved during the process of treating stiff shoulders, so we have a plan that applies this technique to adjust shoulders and posture. Rather than improving stiff shoulders, we give injections to the necessary areas to adjust posture and shoulder height.
