I went to the Japan Self-Defense Forces Physical Training School!

As I usually provide first aid at weightlifting competitions, I had the opportunity to examine and speak to a weightlifter from the Japan Self-Defense Forces Physical Training School. I was impressed by the athlete's passion for the Olympics and the body he built through hard work. I'm glad that my research was of some use to the athlete. I will continue to devote myself to providing better treatment to weightlifters, athletes, and patients with balance problems.
